(WTI) was incorporated in the State of Virginia in 1993 and is an emerging, creative and innovative information technology, management and technical services firm with a specialty in CADD related services. We are committed to excellence and have a highly skilled, experienced staff which provides competent and timely responses for our clients. WTI was certified by the Small Business Administration (SBA) and awarded 8(a) status in December 1998. WTI is also certified as a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) Woman-Owned and as a Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB).
